3. General Aim:
The aim of the 24 - month project is to work out new
innovative models of human cultural technology and cultural policy, and to
promote long-term changes in the field; to raise human awareness about culture
as creator and user of our natural environment.

4.3.1. Training
participants will analyse together with lecturers the changes in the essence

ecosemiotics will be organised by Tartu University. (Possible title:

view of the project and its development will be introduced; 4.3.3. Next

5. Aims and objectives of project:
5.1. Long-term aims
· To
raise human awareness about sustainable models in interaction with environment;
· To
work out the infrastructure and database systems for collecting and sharing
human culture technology information in the Baltic Sea region;
· To
describe and analyse the current situation of human culture technology
(compared with history and future scenarios) in the Baltic Sea region;
· To
raise the quality of culture related projects;
·
To support and considerably increase the number of
cross-border meetings of culture groups, managers and researchers;
·
To raise the level of public awareness and information
on cross-border co-operation and the process of European integration;
·
To support small-scale actions which may form a basis
for larger cross-border co-operation projects;
· To
work out methodology for describing and analysing of using all available
resources in cultural activities;
· To
create an international team for implementing this project and for preparing
next ones;
· To
visit, describe and analyse different cultural events;
· To
work out a culture management training program;
· To
organise ~10 seminars, thematically connected with culture and environment;
· To
organise ~10 small concerts of different groups;
· To
educate and train ~30 cultural managers;
· To
organise ~10 new cultural events based on new human culture technology
solutions;
· To
publish a "Handbook on Cultural Management", web page and CD-ROM;
· To
organise a scientific (ecosemiotic) conference on topics of human cultural
relations on environment;
